The most important transformation I have attained by experiencing Viv tutorship is establishing boundaries. I was caught in a perpetual cycle of acting out passively and aggressively. If offended or taken advantage of I would go silent or use snide remarks without stating how someone had transgressed against me. I was acting without using my words. I was expecting people to get it by actions for fear that they would reject me. Once I found the courage to say “no” even when I was afraid I was set “free.” Free from people pleasing and using my representative self instead of the real me!
